AUCKLAND – Mama Sita’s brand of Philippine sauces and mixes presented its line of favorite Filipino dishes to an international audience at the biggest food show in Auckland, New Zealand, held on July 26 to 29, 2018 at the ASB Showgrounds, Epsom.

The popular food brand offered a sample of different selections of barbecue using Mama Sita’s Barbecue Marinade, Pang Inihaw, Inasal, and Fiery Labuyo. The locals loved the taste of Mama Sita’s barbecue – even the very hot labuyo barbecue! Mama Sita’s Caldereta Mix and Mama Sita’s Sinigang Mix also took the spotlight with the public’s enthusiastic reception of the sample dishes, Beef Caldereta and Corned Beef Sinigang.

The Auckland Food Show gathers the best food from New Zealand and oversees in one place. The event explores regional delights and the latest food trends.
